Curriculum Companion, an online treasure trove of technology-based curriculum and professional development resources, offers the perfect solution for effectively using the adopted curriculum materials in English Language Arts while at the same time integrating technology into existing daily lesson plans.
Curriculum Companion provides graphic organizer, PowerPoint, and Word resources that are aligned to the daily lessons in the Open Court Reading 2002 and Houghton Mifflin: A Legacy of Literature adoptions for grades 2-6, and Holt and McDougal Littell adoptions for grades 6-12. Internet resources and Discovery Education streaming (formerly Unitedstreaming) titles that directly support the lessons from the adoption have been identified to maximize teachers’ instructional planning time.
